At Abid Zahoor Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure you receive your order in good condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The product received is wrong or different from the product ordered.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund claims. The video must be recorded before opening the parcel and must clearly show the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product.

The video must remain continuous from the beginning of the unboxing until the product has been completely checked.

No valid unboxing video = No return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Reasons

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Color preference

• Design preference

• Size preference

• Personal preference

• Any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong product

Refund & Replacement

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. The final decision will be made after verification of the product and unboxing video.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund claim that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
